Overview
Intry billing is unit-based via Stripe direct subscriptions (no Clerk Billing). Property managers work with finance and Intry customer success for plan changes.
Plan tiers

Change requests
- Unit count changes — open a ticket with expected effective date.
- Plan upgrade (e.g. enable Guest Passes) — requires Standard tier or above.
- Nonpayment — Intry may restrict admin features per contract.
Onsite contacts
Designate one billing admin and one technical admin so invoices and outages route to the right people.
